Because our membership is composed exclusively of minors between the ages of 13 and 17, we take our obligations under applicable federal and state law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Georgia Computer Systems Protection Act, seriously.

BY COMPLETING THE OVRLY SOCIETY ACCESS APPLICATION AND PROVIDING PARENTAL CONSENT, THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

• Photos or videos captured at OVRLY events
